Pricing & Availability Disclaimer:

All prices displayed are indicative only and not guaranteed. Prices may change due to availability,seasonality, exchange rates, airline fare changes, fuel surcharges, taxes, or supplier adjustments. Final pricing is confirmed at time of quotation.

Package Inclusions & Exclusions:

Only services explicitly listed as included form part of a package. All other costs are excluded.

Visa & Entry Requirements:

Travellers are responsible for meeting passport, visa, and entry requirements. Visa approval and entry are not guaranteed. No refunds apply for refusals or denied entry.

Travel Insurance Disclaimer:

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and not included unless stated. Luné Travel is not liable for losses arising from lack of insurance.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds:

All bookings are subject to supplier cancellation and refund policies. Fees may range up to 100%. Refunds depend on third-party suppliers.

Force Majeure:

Luné Travel is not liable for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, airline disruptions, or government restrictions.

Accuracy of Information:

Content may change without notice. We do not guarantee all information is error-free or current.

Limitation of Liability:

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services booked through Luné Travel.

Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the country in which the client resides or the jurisdiction agreed upon in writing. This ensures that all international clients are covered, not just those in South Africa.
