Scope:

Refunds apply only in accordance with supplier and service provider policies.

Conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Luné
  • Refunds are subject to third-party supplier terms and processing
  • Full or partial refunds may be offered depending on the service provider’s cancellation
  • No refunds are issued for denied visas, travel restrictions, or non-utilisation of booked services unless otherwise agreed.

Processing:

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment
  • Processing time may vary depending on payment provider and supplier
