Refunds apply only in accordance with supplier and service provider policies.
Conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Luné
- Refunds are subject to third-party supplier terms and processing
- Full or partial refunds may be offered depending on the service provider’s cancellation
- No refunds are issued for denied visas, travel restrictions, or non-utilisation of booked services unless otherwise agreed.
Processing:
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment
- Processing time may vary depending on payment provider and supplier
